【首先搞懂三個會議單字的異同 - 提升用字精準度】
☛ meeting (n.) 數個人或多人組成的一般會議
☛ conference (n.) 有特定討論議題並且時間較長的大型會議
☛ seminar (n.) 有特定主題且通常有培訓、研討性質的會議
- 有些學校會要求學長固定時間參加研討會，英文單字就可使用 seminar
【導入會議主題】
☛ We’ve got a lot to discuss today. Shall we jump right into it?
我們今天有很多要討論的。我們是否該直接開始正題？

* go over 走過一次、溫習
☛ We have agreed to put more resources into that project.
我們一致同意放更多資源在那個項目上。

☛ Let’s bring this meeting to a close.
= Let’s end the meeting for today.
我們結束這場會議吧。
* bring … to a close 將..(某件事).. 做一個結束
